We freight items Australia wide using a range of couriers to ensure you get your parts on time and to a suit your budget. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed however it is a high priority of FlatFour’s to ensure all products are delivered in a timely manner. Please allow 5 business days for items “In Stock” to be dispatched, this allows time for payment to be cleared, items to be cleaned (Used Items), items to be packaged and booked for shipping. Once the items have been booked for dispatch you will receive tracking information via email, please check spam/junk/bin folders for this email. Failing an email you can always call or email FlatFour during business hours to request tracking details. In stock items generally incur a 1-6 business day delivery time but is subject to change at the discretion of FlatFour Pty Ltd. For items not in stock that may incur a delivery time of more than 7 business days FlatFour Pty Ltd will discuss the specific details with the consumer directly. All delivery times and ETA’s are a guide only and do not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Authority to leave:

Unless stated or requested otherwise by the consumer all items will be assigned an “Authority to leave”. Simply this means if you are not home to receive the items the courier has the right to leave the products at the delivery address. We always encourage the consumer to enter a delivery address that will be occupied during business hours i.e as business address. FlatFour Pty Ltd, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release ‘FlatFour Pty Ltd’ from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
